The Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice is a federal government division, headquartered in Washington, D.C., that enforces U.S. antitrust law. It shares civil enforcement authority under the Sherman and Clayton Acts with the Federal Trade Commission and holds exclusive authority to enforce the criminal provisions of the Sherman Act. Its stated purpose is to advance economic competition through enforcement of, and guidance on, antitrust laws and principles.

The division's work is organized into civil enforcement, criminal enforcement, litigation, policy and advocacy, and an economic analysis group. Civil sections review proposed mergers and examine sectors such as healthcare, financial services, media, and technology. The criminal program prosecutes collusion and monopolization and runs a whistleblower rewards program. The division maintains a New York Office at 201 Varick Street in New York City, which investigates and prosecutes anticompetitive conduct in areas including financial markets, entertainment, and government procurement.
