The Civil Service Employees Association, Inc. (CSEA) is a labor union headquartered in Albany, New York, that represents employees in state and local government, school districts, child care, and parts of the private sector. It began in 1910 as the Association of State Civil Service Employees, took its current name in 1946, and is affiliated with AFSCME. Its services for members include contract bargaining, political action, health insurance, safety programs and training resources.

The union's Legal Department, set up by its delegates in 1987, litigates labor and employment cases and represents the union and its members before the New York Public Employment Relations Board and the National Labor Relations Board, including in grievance and disciplinary arbitrations. The department also administers discounted legal services for members in areas such as workers' compensation, Social Security disability, personal injury and estate planning. The organization lists offices in Albany, New York City, Commack, Beacon, Latham, Syracuse, Canton, Binghamton, Amherst and Rochester.
