The firm was launched in May 2019 by three attorneys who had previously worked at larger firms and in-house, and by its fourth anniversary it reported nineteen attorneys across offices in Los Angeles, Silicon Valley, and New York.
The firm's published practice areas include appellate work, class action defense, commercial real estate transactions, technology and outsourcing transactions, complex commercial litigation and arbitration, corporate law and finance, government investigations and white-collar litigation, and intellectual property litigation. Its New York office opened in July 2022 at 307 Fifth Avenue in New York City, and the firm has since expanded its New York litigation team.
