The Elisabeth Haub School of Law is the law school of Pace University, located in White Plains, Westchester County. It opened in 1976 as Pace Law School, and the 2016 name change honored Elisabeth Haub's work in environmental advocacy and her philanthropy. The JD curriculum pairs classroom instruction with skills training, including simulation courses, externships with legal services providers and government agencies, and client representation clinics. The school also offers LL.M. programs in areas such as climate change law, environmental law, comparative law, and real estate law.

The school's clinical work is run through John Jay Legal Services, a not-for-profit organization that houses and operates the clinic and externship programs. On-campus clinics have covered areas including criminal trial advocacy, disability rights, immigrants' rights, environmental justice, mediation, and workers' rights. The campus occupies a landscaped 12-acre site in central White Plains, near federal, state, and county courts, and includes the Public Interest Law Center.
