About Family Legal Care
Family Legal Care is a nonprofit organization, formerly known as LIFT, that helps unrepresented parents and caregivers handle matters in New York State Family Court. Its programs are free and not based on income. The organization was founded in 1996 and reports connecting more than 25,000 people each year with tools and guidance.
