Kings County Supreme Court, Criminal Term is a court of the New York State Unified Court System, sitting in the Second Judicial District, which covers the trial courts in Kings County (Brooklyn). It is a trial court that generally hears cases beyond the authority of lower courts, such as felony prosecutions, and in New York City it has jurisdiction over felony cases in which a sentence of more than one year may be imposed. The court handles the stages of a criminal case after indictment, including arraignments, pre-trial hearings, evidentiary motions and jury trials.

The court also operates specialty courts, including a Drug Court and two Domestic Violence parts, and participates in a Court Tours and Community Outreach Program. Its Criminal Term support offices include the Clerk's Office, Records Room, Bail and Motion units, and the Grand Jury, whose general operation the court oversees while the Brooklyn District Attorney presents cases to it. The courthouse at 320 Jay Street in Downtown Brooklyn opened in July 2005, and the court launched NYSCEF electronic filing for specific criminal case types on September 8, 2025.
