Queens Defenders is a New York 501(c)(3) not-for-profit law firm that also operates under the name Queens Law Associates. It represents people charged with crimes in Queens who cannot afford a lawyer, and courts typically assign its lawyers after an arrest. Since its founding in 1996, the organization reports having served more than 450,000 people. Its published work covers homicide and major trial cases, domestic violence, youth felonies, and immigrants facing criminal charges, and it also provides anti-eviction representation in Queens Housing Court.

Beyond courtroom work, the organization employs social workers who help clients connect with resources and alternatives to incarceration.
