It is a real estate investment company, not a law firm. The company acquires single-tenant commercial properties, focusing on industrial, warehouse and retail facilities in the United States and Europe, and leases them back under long-term net leases. It also provides customized capital solutions to public and private companies, developers and private-equity firms, including sale-leaseback and build-to-suit transactions.
As of September 30, 2026, the company reported about 1,755 net lease properties covering roughly 189 million square feet. Its asset management teams oversee the portfolio and work with tenants on their real estate needs, and its tenant solutions platform designs, funds and delivers tailored build-to-suit space. In November 2023 it completed a spin-off of its office properties into a separate listed REIT. Its New York headquarters is at One Manhattan West, and it also lists offices in Dallas, London and Amsterdam.
